OUR STORY
The Filling Station was founded in 2012 to bring friendly neighborhood outposts for pints, good conversation, great bottle/can selections and growler fills. Owners Brandi and Brian Soda are known throughout Nashville as one of the “first couples of craft beer”. Natives of Middle Tennessee, the Sodas began their careers in the craft brewing industry in 2004 when they joined Linus Hall at the newly-founded Yazoo Brewing Company, taking shifts in the increasingly busy taproom and bottling line at the original location at Nashville’s Marathon Motor Works building, on to the first move for Yazoo to 910 Division Street in the Gulch.
Brandi and Brian have remained as staples of the Nashville beer industry as they continue to help bring the best beer to the best folks through creative selection, careful curation, and passion for the craft. You can find either of them on any given weekday working the taprooms in our shops, sharing a brew and a smile with our loyal clientele.
